IKEDC Apologizes to Band A Customers for Poor Service

Ikeja Electricity Distribution Company has issued an apology to Band A customers.

This comes after it failed to deliver the alloted daily service of 20 hours to its customers.

Taking to Twitter, IKEDC pledged to do better.

The apology reads:

Dear Esteemed Customer,

We extend our apologies for falling short of the expected minimum service level of 20 hours on the Band A feeders below, for 9th and 10th of June, 2024.

We regret any inconvenience this may have caused you.
