Job Overview

The Visa agent will navigate the complex legal and administrative processes involved in securing a Visa for clients who wishes to travel, work or study abroad.
He/she will assist client in applying for various types of visas, including student, travel, business, work and family visas.
He will oversee all aspects of visa processing and ensure that all documents are received within the time limit set.

Responsibilities

Conduct interview and deal with all applicants face to face
Oversee the completion of all relevant visa documents in a timely manner
Preparing and checking all legal documents to ensure all information provided by the client is accurate and correct
He/she will prepare all fee quotes and any information required by clients, colleagues or authorities
Counsel and provide guidance to clients about the Visa application process, documenting requirement and timelines
The Visa agent must be able to follow up and help the candidate to obtain visas, green cards
Must maintain strong working relationship with all client and colleagues

Requirements

A Bachelor Degree in any field (experience in the travel industry is a must)
3-5 years experience in Visa processing
You must be fluent in English ( any additional language is a plus)
Strong communication, persuasion and negotiation skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, whilst still being able to provide high customer service
Proficiency in Microsoft office and other software related to Visa processing
He/she must be attentive to details, motivated, energetic and able to work as part of team

Salary
N400,000 – N500,000 / month.
