Description

Drop Innovations Limited, a forward-thinking ride-hailing service provider, is seeking a highly organized and personable Receptionist to be the face of our company.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting visitors, managing phone calls, and performing various administrative duties to ensure smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities

Greet visitors warmly and direct them to the appropriate departments.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and managing office supplies.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
Assist with clerical support for other departments as needed.
Provide basic information about the company and its services to visitors and callers.

Requirements

Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields with 2 – 5 years work experience.
