Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategy, policies, systems, processes and procedures aimed at facilitating the attraction, deployment, development and retention of critical talents.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years work experience managing the Human Resources function of a reputable organization, preferably a company within the oil and gas industry.
  • All candidates for this position must reside in Port Harcourt, as it is essential for effective engagement with our local operations and team.
