Job Title: Human Resource Officer

Location: Ikeja, Lagos (On-site)
Employment Type: Full-time
Work schedule: Mondays – Saturdays (8.30 am – 5.30 pm)

Job Summary

Are you looking to advance your career in Human Resource? We are currently sourcing for a smart and vibrant Human Resources Assistant, the ideal candidate will exhibit high standards, excellent communication skills, and the ability to take initiative, and prioritize daily tasks.

Responsibilities

Assist with ensuring the smooth onboarding of staff.
Assist in the coordination of staff
Manage junior staff.
Help implement new policies, procedures, methods, and systems
Help in recruitment of new staffs.
Coordinate and schedule meetings and conferences.
Ensure compliance with labour laws.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Human Resources Assistant.
Minimum 1 year of solid experience as an Human Resource Assistant.
Knowledge of Labour laws.
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Strong interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills.
Ability to multitask.

Salary
Negotiable.
