Job Title: Facility Supervisor

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Facility Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our estate and ensure the effective management of the property.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the estate’s facilities, coordinating repairs, supervising maintenance staff, and ensuring a safe and well-organized environment for residents and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance and repair activities.
Manage all estate utilities, ensuring operational efficiency.
Oversee security operations, including staffing and equipment.
Ensure compliance with estate rules and regulations by residents and vendors.
Manage contractor services and maintain service contracts.
Prepare reports and update the management on the state of the estate.
Respond to emergencies and address residents’ maintenance issues promptly.

Requirements

Minimum of an OND / HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Estate Management, Engineering, or related fields.
1-3 years of experience in facility management or property supervision.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic facility management software.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
