Job Title: Executive Assistant

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description
We are seeking an Executive Assistant to provide:
Administrative Support:

  • Manage the special adviser’s calendar, appointments, and meetings.
  • Handle correspondence including emails, calls, and letters.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents.

Project Coordination:

  • Assist in planning and executing tourism-related projects and events.
  • Track project progress and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Liaise with stakeholders including government officials and tourism boards.

Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct research on tourism trends and policies.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on analysis.
  • Prepare briefing materials for the special adviser.

Communication:

  • Draft and edit speeches, press releases, and communications.
  • Maintain effective communication with internal and external parties.
  • Represent the special adviser in meetings and events when necessary.

Office Management:

  • Oversee daily operations of the adviser’s office.
  • Maintain organized filing systems.
  • Manage office supplies and coordinate with vendors.

Qualifications
Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degrees in Tourism, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.
  • Advanced Degrees or certifications in Tourism Management or Project Management are a plus.

Experience:

  • MUST have atleast 2 years in the tourism industry.
  • MUST have atlest 5 years experience in an executive assistant role or administrative support position.
  • Experience in the tourism industry or government sector is highly desirable.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with project management tools.

Research and Analytical Skills:

  • Ability to conduct thorough research and analyze data.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

Flexibility and Adaptability:

  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.
  • Willingness to take on new challenges.

  • Strong ethical standards and professional demeanor.
  • Commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.
