Job Overview

We are looking for a highly effective customer support officer to join our dynamic team.
As a key player in ensuring customer satisfaction, you will act as the first point of contact for customers, providing excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving technical issues, and guiding users through product functionalities.
Your primary goal is to deliver exceptional customer support, ensuring customers have a seamless experience with our products and services.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to Customer Inquiries: Handle customer queries across multiple channels, providing accurate information and escalating issues when necessary.
Troubleshoot Issues: Diagnose and resolve technical issues with company products/services, escalating unresolved cases to internal teams.
Document Interactions: Log all customer interactions, feedback, and issues accurately for reporting and improvement purposes.
Collaborate Internally: Work closely with product, engineering, and sales teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
Customer Education: Guide customers on product features and best practices, offering product walk-throughs when needed.
Maintain Customer Satisfaction: Resolve issues within agreed SLAs, following up to ensure customer satisfaction.
Handle Complaints: Manage and resolve customer complaints, ensuring a positive outcome and follow-up.
Stay Updated: Continuously update knowledge of company products and services to provide accurate support.

Working Hours:

This is a full-time onsite position with standard working hours.
You may be required to work occasional weekends or holidays depending on customer demand and project needs.
