Coalition of Okpokwu youths honours ‘The True Prince of Enone’, Dr Simon Ali on Christmas Day

Divergent Youths from the Okpokwu local Government gathered at the Famous Millennium Ventures Hotel, Okpoga, to Honour the Leader of the Century, Dr Simon Ali, popularly known as The True Prince of Enone, due to his Philanthropic gestures.

The youths described him as the replica of his Late dad, the Most Reverend Chief John Ali, Ada’Enone (i). Late Chief Ali was known for his kindness, hospitality and Philanthropic gestures.

Dr Simon Ali, an Ichama-born USA-based philanthropist has demonstrated that humanity holds a lot in the existence of all Homo sapiens and has contributed a lot to the development of Benue South by giving back to the society in the areas of rural electrification, scholarship Support schemes, healthcare support Programs, Women Empowerment/micro-credit supports, youth Empowerment, and social Infrastructures.

The gathering has the cream de la cream from Okpokwu, and it was an avenue to appreciate those who have put humanity first in their eendeavours.

The award was received by Master Paul Ali on behalf of Dr Simon Ali who was busy in far away United States of America. He appreciated the teaming youths and urged them to be dedicated to their duties.

Dr Ali promised to do more for the Okpokwu people because his desire was for a better society.

He applauded the Executive Governor of Benue State, Hyacinth Alia, and other stakeholders who have been trying in one way or the other to alleviate the sufferings of his people in this trying period.

The event was broadcast via Zoom and Dr Simon Ali was live all through the program.
