Description

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Chef to join our culinary team. As a Chef, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals, leading kitchen operations, and creating new and exciting dishes for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and cook meals according to menu specifications and customer preferences.
Manage kitchen operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high hygiene standards.
Develop new recipes and menu items to keep offerings fresh and innovative.
Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and training.
Ensure food is consistently prepared and presented to the highest standards.
Maintain inventory control, order supplies, and manage kitchen resources efficiently.
Comply with health and safety regulations and ensure a clean and safe working environment.
Respond to customer feedback and ensure satisfaction with food quality.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Chef or Cook in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
Culinary Degree or relevant experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of food preparation, safety, and kitchen management.
Ability to work under pressure and maintain quality standards.
Creative with a passion for cooking and food presentation.
Leadership skills to manage kitchen staff.
