Perfect Health Pharmacy & Superstores Limited is a reputable pharmaceutical company with head office at Ikotun Alimosho Local Government Area, Lagos State.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Cashier

Locations: Lagos and Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • The cashier plays a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth transactions at the retail pharmacy outlet.
  • They are responsible for handling customer payments, processing sales transactions accurately, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the checkout area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and assist them with their purchases.
  • Scan items, process payments, and issue receipts.
  • Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions accurately.
  • Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
  • Answer customer queries and provide information about products, promotions, and store policies.
  • Balance cash drawer at the end of each shift and report any discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient store operations.
  • Follow all safety and security procedures to prevent theft and fraud.

Qualifications

  • HND or B.Sc.
  • Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer skills.
