Chemo-Pharma Laboratories Limited is one of the leading Pharmaceutical companies in Ikeja, Lagos, established in 1985. The Company has an Installed Capacity of 6.0 million bottles of liquid syrup and 310.2 million tablets per annum, respectively.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Administrative Executive

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

Administrative support: Providing clerical and administrative support, such as answering phones, responding to emails, and managing correspondence
Planning and organizing: Planning and organizing meetings, events, and travel arrangements for management and staff
Document preparation: Preparing and reviewing reports, presentations, and other documentation
Communication: Coordinating with various departments to ensure effective communication and timely updates
Inventory and supplies: Overseeing office supplies inventory and placing orders when necessary
Budgeting: Assisting in budget preparation and expense monitoring
Employee records: Collaborating with HR to manage employee records, attendance, and vacation schedules
External relations: Liaising with external vendors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth business operations
Issue resolution: Addressing administrative issues and complaints promptly and effectively
System implementation: Implementing and managing administrative systems, databases, and records.

Requirements

Candidates should possess HND / B.Sc Degrees in any Science discipline with 3+ years relevant work experience.
Proven track record as an administrative executive is required.

Salary
N100,000 – N150,000 Monthly.
