He Is Unique And Different - MI Abaga Praises Odumodublvck As Nigeria’s Hottest Rapper

Popular Nigerian rapper, MI Abaga has hailed his junior colleague in the industry, Odumodublvck, stating that he is on top of his game.

In an interview, the veteran referred to Odumodublvck as the hottest rapper in Nigeria right now.

“The rapper that is probably top of the game and the thing I love about him is that he has been such a uniting force… Bringing the old school and new school together and promoting rappers from his home city,” MI Abaga said.

“He is unique, different, stands out, and I have a lot of respect and love for him,” he added.

Odumodublvck celebrated the compliment on social media, showing appreciation for the praise from MI Abaga, a rapper he has long admired.

Since his breakout hit ‘Picanto’ featuring Zlatan, Odumodublvck has become one of Nigeria’s top hitmakers. In 2022, he won the Headies Award for Best Rap Song for his hit ‘Declan Rice’ and took home the Rookie of the Year award.

His 2023 album, Eziokwu, set a record by spending 50 weeks in Spotify Nigeria’s top ten. Odumodublvck’s success continues with a nomination for the 2024 BET Hip Hop Awards, solidifying his position as one of Africa’s leading rappers.
