PlugZone Online – Our client, a Pharmaceutical wholesale distributor, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Warehouse Officer

Location: Surulere, Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time

Job Summary

We are looking for a Warehouse Officer who will be responsible for Receiving incoming materials from vendors, managing warehouse/ store stock, replenishing shop floor stock, and maintaining accurate stock records.

Warehouse Officer Responsibilities

Maintain and monitor the accuracy of inventory and timely replenishment.
Ensure all documentation related to responsibility is accurately processed, distributed, and released to all concerned on time.
Ensures all responsibilities are complied with any company policy, systems, and industry.
Makes sure stock is arranged for easy physical count and stock-taking
Replenish shop floor stock constantly
Managed inbound logistics
Ensure the relevance and accuracy of all documentation relating to goods received and goods dispatched including labeling of all stock items
Report all warehouse activities monthly for stock inventory, and pallets kept at internal and external warehouses.
To ensure physical stock takes correct in compared to the system and explain variances

Requirements

OND / HND
At least 1 year of store or warehouse experience
High level of Integrity
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to pay attention to detail.
Inventory Control, Reporting skills, and ability to analyze Information,
Physical stamina and ability to lift and move heavy objects
Proximity to Surulere, Ojuelegba, and Yaba would be most preferred.

Salary
N75,000 monthly.
