Job Overview

  • We are seeking a result-driven Customer Support Specialist to join our team. This role requires a proactive individual who excels in cold calling and has a strong ability to convert leads into sales.
  • You will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, identifying their needs, and guiding them through the sales process. Your goal is to create positive customer experiences while driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct a high volume of cold calls to potential clients, introducing our products and services.
  • Identify and qualify leads by understanding customer needs and pain points.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of our offerings to convert leads into sales.
  • Follow up on leads and inquiries, nurturing relationships to build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to transition qualified leads for closing.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics, contributing to the overall success of the team.
  • Stay informed on product features, industry trends, and competitive landscape to effectively position our solutions.
  • Continuously seek ways to improve the process and increase conversion rates.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication or other related fields
  • Proven experience in a sales support or customer support role, with a focus on cold calling and lead conversion (1-3 years preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a persuasive and confident demeanour.
  • Strong sales acumen with the ability to quickly identify customer needs and align them with our offerings.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long-term customer relationships.
  • Resilient and self-motivated, with a passion for achieving sales targets.
  • Experience working with CRM systems and maintaining accurate sales records.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Remuneration

  • Salary – N300,000 plus Success Bonus
