Job Title: Operations Intern

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Job Description

Assist in day-to-day operations, including data entry, record-keeping, and filing
Support project management initiatives, such as coordinating tasks, tracking progress, and communicating with team members
Analyze and improve operational processes, identifying areas for optimization and implementing changes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals and objectives
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and other visual aids to track key performance indicators (KPIs)
Develop and implement process documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Identify and mitigate operational risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
Perform other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager or leadership team.
